We have some nice extras that we've purchased specifically for this house and property (but we have no need for them in the city).  Some of the following stays with the property.  Note: The following list is subject to change. These photos and description date back about four years.

Kubota B2410HSDB 4X4 24-hp compact diesel tractor.  Though it's already about ten years old, this is a great tractor for use around the property, mainly as a mower.  Very reliable, easy to use and fuel efficient.  Low hours: about 350 total time.  It's an excellent mower, 4X4, power steering.
It also has a hydraulic front end loader, PTO post hole digger, tiller, and brush hog.

Kubota RTV 900 4X4 diesel utility vehicle.  Rugged vehicle, easy to operate, and with power steering and hydraulic dumping cargo bed and electric winch.

Tomberlin E-Merge Electric Golf Cart.  This is a "road-legal" Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) though it will only go about 25 mph.  It's great for riding the trails on the property.  Being electric, it's cheap to operate and super quiet.

Baker portable band sawmill, various trailers, two 100 gal. fuel storage tanks, etc. (Some of these items have not been used for several years.)
